JunkBox is a family-owned junk removal and cleanout company serving Greater Boston and the North Shore. We work with realtors, property managers, estate attorneys, contractors, and homeowners to handle cleanouts, junk removal, and demolition.
The JunkBox College Sales Ambassador Program gives college students a chance to build real sales and business development experience while earning commission-based income and working on their own schedule.

What Is the Program?
The JunkBox College Sales Ambassador Program is a flexible, commission-based opportunity for motivated college students who want hands-on experience in:
Sales
Outreach
Business development
Entrepreneurship
Ambassadors act as a first point of contact between JunkBox and local professionals. You help us start the relationship — our team handles pricing, quoting, and booking.
This program is great for business, marketing, entrepreneurship, communications, and real estate students (or anyone who’s competitive and likes talking to people).
As a JunkBox College Sales Ambassador, you will:
Reach out to realtors, property managers, estate attorneys, contractors, and local businesses
Introduce JunkBox and explain what we do
Build relationships and keep us top of mind when they need cleanouts or junk removal
Submit warm leads through a quick online form
Help grow a local, family-owned business and be part of something actually building
You do not handle pricing, quotes, or scheduling.
Your job is to open the door — we take it from there.

How You Get Paid
This is a 1099 commission-based role — you work when you want, and you get paid based on results.
Compensation Structure:
10% commission on any job that comes from a lead you submit
15% commission on large jobs over $1,000
$50 bonus when you help us establish an ongoing relationship with a new realtor or property manager
Commissions are paid monthly, after the job is completed and the client has paid.
There are:
No hourly requirements
No set schedule
No minimums
You control how much you put into it — and how much you get out of it.
Professional Expectations
To make this a great experience for everyone, ambassadors agree to:
Represent JunkBox and their school professionally
Use our approved outreach guidelines and scripts
Submit all leads through the official online form
Be honest and respectful with prospects
Follow their school’s conduct policies
Ambassadors do not:
Quote prices without confirmation from JunkBox Team
Negotiate deals without confirmation from JunkBox Team
Promise specific scheduling or availability
Confirm jobs or discounts
All pricing and booking is handled directly by the JunkBox team.
